RULES OF WAR
Terms:PA = Power Attack
DL = Defense Leader
Scout = attack & report back (Name Lvl/def)
No one declares war on their own or randomly!!!!
After each war we usually take a break to regen health; how long depends on various circumstances of the previous war. In this time no one declares war!
Ten minutes before war (approx. and on the hour or half hour when possible) an officer will make a roll call in the GroupMe Announcement channel. All available players show they are ready by posting in the MAIN CHAT channel. Note: players who consistently do not show for role call, but do show up after DLs and Walls are down... those that continue to rack up points, but rarely participate in coordinated team efforts will be considered undesirable for continued faction membership.
The lead officer will assign two PAs; normally the two weakest available players.
Scouts will be assigned, provided enough players are present. Scout1 and Scout2 attack top of rival list; Scout3 attacks middle, and Scout4 and Scout5 attack the bottom of rival list.
Note: when we have less players present, we will refer to Scouts by these numbers so everyone may still know where they are supposed to scout... So Scouts will be abbreviated in chat as S1, S2, S3, S4, & S5.

Scouts attack the following positions in the enemy's list:

First the PAs kill the DL, then the wall must come down!!!
While the DL is coming down, all other players (except Scouts) will hit the wall one time, and if needed two times until it's down. The officer leading the assault will be responsible for coordinating who and how many.
With the DL and Wall down, the scouts make 2-3 hits, and post intel in the GroupMe Scouting channel... as Player Lvl/def in thousands(k), i.e. Warlord 98/127. All other players should wait until the scouting reports are in; do not attack blindly.
THEN, each player may attack a player two times only, then STAND DOWN. Hopefully this will leave time for all members to be fully charged by the end for our all-out, full faction blitz, unless instructed otherwise.
The most important part of the war: Lots of wars are won in the final minutes of battle because the enemy is confident they have already won with only 5 minutes to go. This is the thinking we are hoping for. We will be able to turn many "lost" wars around in the last 5 minutes as long as everyone follows this technique. In the last 5 minutes we will release all our remaining power on the rival, racking up as many points as possible.
If done correctly we will jump forward enough that the enemy will not be able to strike back in time, and we win the war. Obviously this tactic will not work 100% of the time, but this is the current tactic of our faction! and everyone is expected to comply, regardless of Gold Spending, or other factors that lead you to believe you get a special pass, and don't have to comply with our silly rules. If extraneous attacks are made prior to the last 5 minutes when this tactic is being employed, it contributes to our defeat as a faction. Please conduct yourself as a "team player" at all times.
